Shipping Information – Orviene
What Are the Shipping Costs?
At Orviene, we cover all standard shipping costs. You will not be charged for shipping.*
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which means the delivery time is 5-8 business days after the order has been shipped. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather-related delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may affect delivery times.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your order up to 10 minutes after it has been placed, after which it can no longer be cancelled. After 10 minutes, your order will enter the automated handling process, which includes quality checks, packing and shipping. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations after this period.
IMPORTANT: In some cases, we offer upsells on the thank you page after the order, where you can get an additional discount if you purchase another item. With these offers, it is mandatory that a previously placed order for the same item cannot be canceled due to the price difference with the upsell offer. So if you want to cancel, we can only cancel the upsell product that was purchased on the thank you page.
Shipping Insurance / Fast shipping + Lifetime Guarantee.
The label “Shipping Insurance / Fast shipping + lifetime guarantee”are processed with priority and prepared for dispatch ahead of standard orders.Processing and handling time will make you first priority to serve and item availability.
The actual delivery time thereafter depends on the carrier and stock availability, as stated above.
The lifetime guarantee applies only to items purchased at full price and does not apply to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
Order Tracking
All parcels are shipped with Track & Trace. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.
Note: Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.
If You Are Not at Home for Delivery
If you are not at home at the time of delivery:
You will receive a notification with collection details. Parcels remain available for 7 days, after which they are automatically returned to our warehouse.
Incorrect Address Provided
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address including house and street numbers.
As orders are processed quickly, the window to correct address errors is limited.
Please contact us immediately if you have entered the wrong address.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by customer error in providing incorrect or incomplete address details. Such errors may significantly impact delivery time, and it is the customer’s duty to contact us promptly to update the address correctly.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Orviene is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If the tracking system confirms delivery but you have not received your parcel, contact us.
Depending on the courier, they may initiate an investigation 14 days after the stated delivery date.
We will keep you updated throughout this process.
Packages that are refused and situations where the consumer is not at home
If the consumer refuses to accept the package at the delivery address and/or is not at home at any delivery time, we will charge a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price. This covers all logistics and return costs for the package to our warehouse.
